I replied with my credentials but have not seen a reply in 2 days and this is very URGENT for me!
A piece of software in your hosting environment could be interfering with Brizy editing. Please sign in to your hosting account and check if you have enabled any of these software.
- Security system
- Malware protection
- Firewall
- DDOS
Deactivate each of the above options one by one and check if you are able to edit Brizy pages. If you could identify the interfering software, please relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company. Similarly also check if you have installed a security plugin in your WordPress Dashboard; disable it temporarily to check if that helps to resolve the issue.
If none of it helps, kindly get back to us. We will require access to your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot this for you.

Hi Gaylan,
Thank you for your cooperation.
After going through all the troubleshooting steps on your site without success, I cloned your website into my test environment to isolate the issue. Brizy is working properly on the cloned version, which strongly suggests that the problem is related to your hosting setup.
Based on the behavior, this may be connected to Redis cache or a similar server-level caching service. When you have a moment, please check your hosting panel to see if Redis is enabled and try disabling it temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
If you’d like to test the cloned version, you can access it here:
https://staging.brizywp.online/test-ottsim
You can use the same credentials you already sent.Let me know what you find, and we’ll continue from there.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
