Question about account-wide bans and client content on Brizy Whitelabel

I also came across a review from a long-time user saying that after canceling their membership, all PRO elements on their clients’ websites stopped working, which caused issues for those clients. Could you clarify whether canceling or pausing my Whitelabel subscription would break existing client sites or PRO elements that were already built?

    Hello Marcos,

Our hosting provider AWS requires us to remove all phishing/ malware/ misleading sites from Brizy Cloud. If we do not crackdown on such websites, we are at the risk of losing our hosting contract with AWS, which can adversely affect entire Cloud builder's future. We have a security system which blocks suspected phishing/ malware websites. If one of the websites created in your white label builder is found to violate acceptable use policy at https://www.brizy.io/acceptable-use-policy, our security software may automatically block your account.

If you would contact Brizy Support when this happens, we will attempt to identify webpages which have disputable content. If you are willing to remove such content or unpublish those pages, your account can be unlocked with immediate effect. From the time you contact Brizy Support, your account can usually get unlocked within 24 hours. If this happens on a weekend, the downtime can be up to 3 days as Brizy Support is not active during the weekend.

"Would your whole account be banned and all client sites removed if one single client violated Brizy’s policies?" Yes; temporarily until we discover the webpages which has triggered the ban. We would not permanently ban your account if you are willing to comply with our acceptable use policy at https://www.brizy.io/acceptable-use-policy and remove disputable content from your account.

In case you no longer wish to continue your subscription, the website(s) you have built using the PRO version of Brizy Cloud will continue to work in the frontend. However, PRO features will be locked in the Brizy Cloud editor. Have a look at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/13578563168785 for a more detailed explanation.

Thanks for the clarification. Just one last question to avoid any misunderstanding: does this automatic account blocking and PRO-feature deactivation apply only to Brizy Cloud, or can it also happen with Brizy WordPress? I purchased the Brizy Whitelabel plan specifically for WordPress, so I want to confirm whether the same rules and risks apply there as well.

    Hello Marcos,

If you use the Brizy WordPress plugin, we are not responsible for hosting your websites, so all we have said about account blocking does not apply to you. It only applies to websites hosted by Brizy Cloud on AWS servers.

What happens in case you no longer wish to continue your subscription detailed at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/13578563168785 applies to both Brizy Cloud and Brizy WordPress subscriptions.

Thanks for the detailed clarification. I appreciate the transparency and the time taken to explain how the process works. This helps a lot in understanding the policies and planning properly for my clients. Thanks again for the support.
