custom domain (sub domain) CNAME redirect

Hi there, I have tried to add a custom sub domain to my main domain, but I keep getting a pop-up once I complete the details that tries to redirect me to my domain host (in my case, Whois.com), which is not in the list provided. This is a different setup from the way this used to be done but your guide still shows the older method. I have set up the CNAME redirect as I should on Whois.com and it matches the others that I set up a while back which all point to their relevant .brizy.site names.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Please share with us the brizy.site subdomain you are trying to connect to your custom sub domain.

  Hello Barry,

  I walk you through the revised procedure to add a custom subdomain to a Brizy Cloud project at https://jmp.sh/BqCtLJJX Once you add the required CNAME record to your domain name, kindly delete the custom domain by selecting the "Delete Domain" option and follow the above procedure again.

  Thank you very much for your custom video and I see that I was almost there in my attempt to link the custom domain using the new method. Using the information from your video, I simply deleted the www before the custom name in my CNAME panel on Whois and the link now shows up green and linked on my Brizy panel. The site does not load in a browser at the moment (it gives an invalid response) but maybe it will take a few hours to propagate. I have also altered the thumbnail link in my main site to correct the link, so hopefully that will also work in the next 48hrs.
