Unable to add a favicon

I've followed all the steps on the articles and youtube tutorials, but my favicon isn't showing up in my browser. I can see it in the cloud builder correctly. I've tried both .png and .ico files. Neither one is working.

  Hi Phil, thank you for contacting us.

  The icon appear to be working on my end, could you please try using another browser and see if that makes any difference? I've tested using Firefox and Chrome.

  Well what do you know. Seems like my last change to an .ico format stuck. It seemed like I had to wait 30min for that change to propogate though. I had it set to a .png for the last week and it didn't work. Thanks for helping!
