Probem with pro elements on White Label
Here we go again...
At this point I am considering moving my websites to another Brizy account (the legacy studio plan).
Pro elements not editable, made with badge I'll have to remove again ...
Anything you can do ?

Hello Yves,
We had released a patch for this bug, but it did not fix the issue. Unfortunately, we have no way to test and confirm if the patch is effective since this issue triggers only after user's subscription renewal. We will keep working on fixing the bug, however our inability to test and confirm the fix makes it more challenging. Kindly bear with us as we take time to fix it.
We have manually fixed this issue in your account. You should have access to Pro features now.

Hi there, K C George. It looks like I am having a similar problem. I have been on the Agency Cloud, but more recently, I noticed that the Made With Badge showed up. Now, I realized all my projects are not on PRO plan, and I cannot turn off the Made With Badge in Project Settings even for those with custom domains. Please kindly help. Thanks, - Anthony

Hi K C George: Thanks for the help. It does seem Pro features like turning off the Made With Badge and adding Pro Layouts and Blocks are available, and the projects with custom domains no longer show the Made With Badge; however, there are still a few things that bother me:
1. At least some websites using the default domain (not brizy.site but my own agency domain) are still showing the Made With Badge. I then have to go into each of them to toggle (turn on then off) and save in order to get rid of the badge. Weird.
2. I still don't see the PRO buttons (top left of project tiles) and therefore the new Deactivate Pro option from the 3 dot dropdown menu (top right) on my dashboard.
3. From what I read here, this could well be a bug. The truth is, I don't check in to Brizy Cloud on a daily basis, and the Made With badges showing up on my clients' website caught me by surprise, and may well cost me a customer or two. I do appreciate your prompt response and manual fix, but please kindly look into this and perhaps come up with at least a workaround, so we (myself and probably quite a few others) don't need to ring in again for the same problem. Cheers, - Anthony

Hello Anthony,
- I randomly checked 6-8 subdomain projects and I do not see the "Made with" badge in most projects. In one project, I did see the badge. I have enabled the toggle switch and disabled it to get rid of the badge.
- Brizy users use two types of dashboards.
Dashboard 1: This dashboard does not have PRO and FREE labels on project thubmnails. Customers who signed up before May 2023 use Paddle as their payment processor and use this dashboard.
Dashboard 2: This dashboard has PRO and FREE labels. Customers who joined after May 2023 use Stripe as their payment processor and use this dashboard. Since you joined in 2022, you use Dasboard 1 without the PRO and FREE labels. - Yes; the Made with badges showing up looks unsual. I will escalate this issue and get it checked by our developers.

Hi K C George: Thanks again for your help. If you don't mind, I have been avoiding publicizing my domain in a forum, so if you could kindly remove them from your post, that would be great. Perhaps I should follow up by submitting a ticket instead? Cheers, - Anthony

Hello Anthony,
I have removed references to your whitelabel brand. Yes; you can send us an email at support@brizy.io. Please let us know by email, the projects where the "Made with" badges are showing in the frontend. We will take a look.

Thanks for all the help, K C George. I already went through all the projects. Most of them were good, i.e., without the badge showing, except a couple of them, which I also toggled and saved and are now good. Not sure why that happened though. Anyway, thanks for explaining the different dashboards. I do have another, newer Brizy Cloud account (agency but not white label), which probably led me to thinking that those PRO labels were there in the first place. I understand that moving older accounts to the new dashboard is challenging to say the least, but please kindly keep a close tab on this. Cheers, - Anthony
