The project is running a legacy version of Cloud and cannot be properly processed

I hope you’re well.
I’m writing regarding the issue described in the link below, as I am facing the same problem: link here.
Unfortunately, the suggested procedure to save and transfer layouts is not working on my end. Some elements are not being transferred at all, and the system is requesting activation of a Pro license in the new project before I can insert the saved layouts. This blocks the entire process.
Since the manual workflow is time-consuming and currently not feasible due to these errors, I kindly ask if your team could handle the migration automatically on your side.
Let me know what you need from me (access, project details, etc.) to move forward.

We have transferred the PRO license to the new project, "(NEW) Studio Medico Papagno". Open both the old and new projects in two tabs of a browser window and compare the designs and check if everything looks exactly same. Make necessary changes to the new project to make its design idential to the old project.
