Problem with Brizy Form SMTP Configuration (Gmail)

Hello, how are you?

I need help setting up a form on a website built with Brizy. I’m trying to configure it using Gmail, but when I attempt to send a message, an error message appears. I have already confirmed that the email and password are correct in the settings.

Could you please assist me with this?

  Hi Pamela,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Gmail SMTP may not work reliably with Brizy because Google now blocks many direct SMTP connections. 

  Please use Brizy’s Email Notification via Gmail instead - https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360044216151
