Brizy Editor Not Loading on Homepage – Urgent Assistance Required

Hi Brizy Team,

I hope you’re doing well.
I’ve been using Brizy for a long time now, and recently I also purchased the Brizy Pro version because it has been an essential part of our workflow.

However, from the past few days I’ve been facing some issues with the Brizy editor.
Currently, the main problem is:

• The Brizy editor is not loading on my homepage.

• The screen gets stuck on the loading page and never opens the editor.

• When I inspect the URL, I see a specific error in the console.
  I’ve attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.

This issue is affecting our website updates and is causing delays on our end, so I request you to please provide a solution at the earliest.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  This issue often happens on sites using Wordfence or similar security plugins. Disabling the firewall or setting it to learning mode can usually resolve the problem. More information is available here: https://help.elegantthemes.com/en/articles/2395855-how-to-fix-saving-issues-while-wordfence-plugin-is-enabled.

  If this is not the case, please confirm if you can replicate the issue with all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro disabled? Also, try using another theme and see if this makes any difference?

  If the issue continues, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io
