There is No Option Form With County Code Option. How We will get Lead From International Client. Example PFA

  Hello Sankar,

  Brizy Form does not support a field with dialing codes for different countries. However, you can setup a form like the one at https://brizy.support/contact-us/ using two free plugins. 

  

  To setup a form like the above, kindly follow these steps

  1. Install the plugins WPForms Lite and Smart Phone Field
  2. In your WordPress Dashbaord under "SmartPhone Field" activate the plugin for "WP Forms"
     
  3. Under the "Settings" tab, configure appropriate choices.
     
  4. In the WP Form plugin, add a new form
     
     
  5. You could start with the Simple Contact Form template
     
  6. Add the phone field using the "Smart Phone" option.
     
  7. Save the form by clicking the "Save" button and exit the form by selecting the "X" icon  at the top right corner. 
     
  8. Copy the shortcode of the form from the forms listing page
     
     
  9. In a brizy page, drag the "shortcode" element and paste the form shortcode
