Domain registration

Hello,

Just wondered if you could advise if there are any issues from Brizy's end in getting new custom domains registered or SSL certificates.

The domain in questino is https://www.dwellcounselling.com.au/.

I am getting green lights on DNS Checker for a and cname records, but nothing is coming through and it's been quite a long while with no change.
