Product Archive templates

Hello Brizy team,

 

I’m facing an issue with one of my Product Archive templates on https://oenogea.be.

 

The template for the category “Épicerie” only displays products when I’m logged in as admin.

When viewed as a guest (in incognito mode), the archive layout loads, but no products appear — only filters and the footer.

 

Other Product Archive templates (like “Spiritueux”) work perfectly with the same settings and conditions.

 

I’ve already tried:

 

• Re-saving the template

• Flushing permalinks

• Clearing PHP/OPcache

• Testing with ?brizy_dev=1 (which makes it display correctly)

 

 

It seems related to Brizy’s rendering or cache for this specific archive.

You already have access to the WordPress admin area if you want to check directly.

  Hi Axel,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Since there are over 40 active plugins on your site, it’s possible that one of them is conflicting with Brizy’s product archive rendering. To investigate further, we’d like to temporarily disable all non-essential plugins and test with only Brizy and Brizy Pro active. Would you like us to proceed with this, or would you prefer to perform this test on your end?
