Shopify Brizy contact form email - Your email was not sent
Hello Brizy Support,
I am receiving - "Your email was not sent" - error on contact blocks on a Shopify page (no longer getting the "505 error") so I was able to create a page, however keep getting error - "Your email was not sent" , when testing in a browser - tried several of the options. When using the SMTP option, the (required email field*) the entry field will not accept any email@address.com - receive error = All fields marked with an asterisk ( * ) must be completed. Even when entering a valid email address, It will not accept any email. Can you assist ? a setting in Shopify perhaps? So, I am trying both email options , but not working. This is a known, ongoing issue with SMTP in Brizy Cloud. In the meantime, we recommend using the default email notification option until a fix for the SMTP problem is implemented.
