Hi,

I bought your $1/site deal above on an annual rate, but canceled afterwards when I read that the plan will not renew at the same rate.  Now I just read from KC that it was a miscommunication -- can you please tell me if my plan is still active or whether the subscription has already been cancelled?  Thanks.

  Hello Edwin,

  Even though you have cancelled your plan, since you have not requested for a refund, it is active until Nov 1, 2026. You have the option to reactivate the subscription by following these steps.

  1. Sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  2. Navigate to the "Billing" option under the "Account"menu.
     
     
  3.  Selec the button "Don't cancel subscription"

  Yes, I've already reactivated my subscription in the meantime -- but I still don't have an answer as to what the renewal rate on Nov 1, 2026 is.  Can you please clarify?  Thanks.

  Hello Edwin,

  Your "$1 Per Site Deal" will renew at $250.00/year in 2026 and subsequent years, as long as you keep the plan active and does not cancel it.

  Hello Edwin,

  Choosing an annual plan saves you $50, which is equivalent to two months' monthly cost. Let me illustrate using the following caculation.

  • Cost of the monthly plan for 25 Pro licences= $25/month. Total cost in a year = $300/year
  • Cost of the annual plan for 25 Pro licences= 250/year
  • Difference = $300-$250 = $50

  Hello Edwin,

  "$1 Per Site Deal" is added to your account as an additional plan along with Agency Cloud LTD and it gives you 25 additional PRO licenses.

  

  Your "$1 Per Site Deal" is currently scheduled to cancel on November 1, 2026. Kindly click on "Don't cancel subscription" button to resume the subscription.

  Please ignore my question above, since I just stumbled upon Brizy's AppSumo BF deal.  I would like to buy that instead and cancel my current Halloween deal subscription -- please let me know how to do that, since i don't see the "Cancel Subscription" button anymore on my billing page.  Thanks.

  Sorry for the confusion above: what I meant was cancelling the current Halloween subscription before the trial period expires by end of November 2025...

  You are within the 30-day money-back guarantee period as you bought the "$1 Per Site Deal" on November 1, 2025.  You can ask for a refund in this thread, and we'll remove the "$1 Per Site Deal" from your account and give you a refund.  You can then buy the AppSumo plan.
