Hi, I've just signed up for the $1/site deal, but I remember ticking the 20% discount for annual billing. However, when I checked the billing info, the discount wasn’t reflected. Could you please help me check? Thanks.

  Hello Dax,

  I guess you are referring to this screen where you have selected the annual billing instead of monthly billing. 

  

  The offfer was not for 20% discount for the annual billing, instead it said "Save $20 with annual billing". Here is what it meant.

  • Cost of the monthly plan = $10/month. Total cost for a year = $120/year
  • Cost of the annual plan= 100/year
  • Difference = $120-$100 = $20

  Selecting the annual billing in the above screen gives you a saving of $20 per annum. You have purchased the annual plan for $100/year and have received the saving of $20 already.
