Migration issue

I have a few sites that weren't completely migrated and are down. One example is histrucking.ca

I can see the migrated version in my admin panel, and I've added my custom domain to the migrated version but I'm still getting "The project is running a legacy version of Cloud and cannot be properly processed". Do I just need to wait a bit or are there other issues that need correcting?

  Hello Alan,

  Please complile URLs of all projects in the CMS format (new project format) which shows the error  "The project is running a legacy version of Cloud and cannot be properly processed" and share it with us here. Kindly include histrucking.ca in the list. The "Duplicate" option in the thumbnail of a project confirms that its a CMS project (and not a legacy project). We will fix the error on all those projects.

  Hello Alan,

  Each project has a slightly different problem.

  • thinkmerge.com
    Kindly check the CNAME record for this project.
    
  • sentrywws.ca 
    Custom domain is not transferred to the migrated project. Kindly delete the custom domain from the deprecated project by selecting the "Delete domain" option and add the same domain to the migrated project following the revised procedure at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052

    We are working on fixing the error on this domain. We will confirm once its done.

  I've updated the CNAME on thinkmerge.com but the site still has the error message. Maybe the DNS updates haven't resolved yet? Can you troubleshoot on your end?

  I've linked the custom domain on sentrywws.ca and this site is now working!
