Exporting HTML files, not all content is shown
Hi Team, I am using brizy cloud purchased with apsumo.
I have just exported an HTML file but not even a 1/10 of the content is showing in the exported HTML file.
I have tried several times, same result.
PS: In the brizy live editor the web page I have created looks all good to g, however the issue only arises in the live preview and when exporting.

Hi Daniele,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please provide us with the Workspace where your project is located and the exact name of the project so we can check it on our end? Additionally, please share access to your hosting panel login details so we can investigate the issue and possibly offer a solution.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel, many thanks for the prompt response. The workspace is "dp" and the project is "dp- landing". No hosting involved, I have exported the html file + assets and run it live on my browser as I always do (no need to be on a server). The problem is in the actual files account because if look for yourself you will see that also the brizy cloud live preview do not show the web page correctly (while the editor is all fine).
I have made another test just now, (project #5) created a new random project by taking the first template from the selection, then tried to publish the project and it is still spinning (trying to publish)....It has been 20 minutes....still like that (see screenshot below)
So...something is not right on my side?0 -
Hi Daniele,
Thank you for the update.
We’ve tested the issue on our end but couldn’t replicate it — everything works correctly. Here’s a screencast for reference: https://youtu.be/1NxrD2wr1o4
The content also exported properly on my PC. Please note that opening the exported HTML files directly in a browser without an HTTP server can cause issues, you can open the files individually, but clicking links in the menu will show an error. In the screencast, I ran the files on my local HTTP server, and the site worked fine.
If the issue persists, please try using another device, extract the files again, and test once more. Also, updating and saving pages work properly here. Try clearing your browser cache, using Incognito/Private mode, or switching to another browser to see if that helps.
Best regards,
