My Cloud sync is not working
Hi there,
Can you please access my Wordpress site and find out why my Cloud sync is not working? I need to have my layouts stored in the Cloud so that I can use them in Brizy Cloud. Please let me know if you need an access link. Here is the video of the problem.

Thank you for taking the time to make the screencast.
Please try the following steps and see if they help:
1. Check that you’re using PHP version 8.0 or higher. To verify this, go to Tools > Site Health > Info tab, then scroll down and expand the Server section.
2. In Brizy, click the Disconnect button. In another tab, log in to your Brizy account dashboard at https://www.brizy.io/account/member, go to Account, and update your password. After that, return to Brizy, reconnect using the new password, and click Sync Now.
3. Finally, check if switching to a different browser helps.
If the issue continues, please provide us with temporary access to your WP Admin page so we can take a look. Kindly add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

I’ve tested the Sync feature using my account, and as you can see in the screencast (https://youtu.be/oQLwN0rNYoU,) it is working as expected. Could you please confirm if you’ve recently updated your Brizy account password before connecting the site?
If the issue continues, please allow us to reset your Brizy account password so we can test and replicate the problem on our end.
