Brizy Cloud Not Letting Me Upload Images

Hi I've beent trying to upload images on a Brizy Cloud but it won't let me. Is there a file size limit for images? They're all less than 5MB.

Pls help. This is urgent.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  A 5MB image file is quite large for the web, even though it might seem acceptable in size, such files can cause upload issues and slow down website performance. Web images are usually best kept under 1MB, ideally between 100–500KB, to ensure smooth uploads and faster page loading times.

  Please try optimizing your images using TinyPNG (https://tinypng.com/) to compress them before uploading. 

  If the issue persists after compression, kindly upload the image files to Google Drive and send us the link, or send them to communitysupport@brizy.io so we can replicate the issue on our end.

  I tried using tinyjpg on one of my images, and it's still at 700+KB. Is there a way for you guys to auto-compress this after uploading to lessen our process? And even after compressing one file, I still can't upload the compressed file. -_-

  Hi Mon,

  We went ahead and tested uploading a 5MB image file in one of your test projects, and we didn’t encounter any issues on our end.

  Could you please try clearing your browser cache or using another browser to see if that helps resolve the problem?

  Hello Mon,

  I just uploaded 7 files to your Media Library without any issues. Can you please upload the specific file to any online drive like Google Drive, Jumpshare, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox and share its link with us? We will test image upload using your image/images.

  By any chance, does Brizy block Google's Public DNS?

  We don’t block Google’s public DNS, I’m also using it without any issues. Could you please share a bit more about the issue you’re experiencing?
