I have both the Brizy Cloud package and just upgraded to the Agency cloud but I'm still getting a message on my websites saying I need to upgrade to use certain features.

  Hello Stephanie,

  Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.

  • Dashboard V1: Supports unlimited plans with no limits on the number of PRO licenses. Your purchase of Brizy Pro Studio plan gave you access to this dashboard since it includes access to Pro features on unlimited websites
  • Dashboard V2: This dashboard supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses. Your Agency Cloud plan comes with 10 PRO licenses. Your dashboard was switched to this version after you recently purchased the Agency Cloud plan. 
    
    In dashboard v2, projects carry a FREE or PRO label. 
    
    You can activate and deactivate PRO features for each project. 
    
    
    

  Since BRizy Pro Studio plan gives you accesss to unlimited PRO licesnes and the Agency Cloud plan offers 10 PRO licences, these two cannot be combined in a single account. When you purchased the Agency Cloud plan, you lost unlimited access that came along with the Brizy Pro Studio plan. Please let us know what you hope to achieve. After that, we will suggest the best course of action to achieve that objective.

  • What did you intend to get out of a plan with limited PRO licenses when you have access to an unlimited PRO plan?
  • Would you like to cancel Brizy Pro Studio plan?
