    Hi Kenny,

    Thank you for contacting us.

The issue appears to be related to your site's SSL certificate, it’s likely that the SSL is configured incorrectly.

To fix this, please contact your hosting provider and ask them to reissue the SSL certificate for both the www and non-www versions of your domain. Once this is done, please let us know so we can check it again.

    Kind regards,
    Ariel H.

Hi Kenny, it looks like your site is already working. I assume you have already fixed the SSL issue.

However, I never ever saw the new version of the site (as per your screenshot), so panicked and reverted site with A record to point to old site (on a different pagebuilder).

I will try again, to remove A records and make sure the SSL reflect both www and non- www

I will get back to you with the result................ fingers crossed!!!

The site is now up and running with the latest version - thank you

BUT !! , what I have noticed is that if I make a change in Brizy Cloud, I then get this error..... which stays like that for a few minutes, after which the page appears again with the changes all showing correctly.  Is this normal?   Could the emessage not be something less alarming whilst it sync's Brizy with Website updates ?

    Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "500 Internal Server Error".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Hi Kenny, this is how it looks like on my end - https://youtu.be/jyZGISRZwKY

Could you please try using a different browser and see if that makes any difference?
