site migration publishing not reflecting my membership and askin for an upgrade

i did all the steps to migrate the deprecated website, when i got to the publishing part its asking me to upgrade to a new package, i got the lifetime deal as an early purchaser. how can i fix this the website is www.tacosmirrey.com
