Feature Request – Order Desk App Integration & Missing Ecwid Features in Brizy Shops

Hi Brizy Team,

I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to share some feedback and a feature request regarding Brizy Shops.

I’ve noticed that while Brizy Shops is described as being based on Ecwid, it currently doesn’t include many of the same apps and advanced features available on a regular Ecwid account. For example, essential integrations such as Order Desk are missing from the Brizy Shops app marketplace.

Since Order Desk is a critical part of our fulfillment workflow, it would be extremely helpful if Brizy Shops could integrate or make this app available — or at least offer the same range of apps and functionality that Ecwid provides directly.

Could you please clarify why Brizy Shops doesn’t currently include these features, and if there are plans to support full Ecwid app compatibility soon?

  Hello Freddy,

  Yes; Brizy Shops is powered by ECWID, but not a replica of it. Therefore, different apps in the ECWID Apps Market would not work with Brizy Shops automatically. Brizy developers will have to put in extra effor to make each app work with Brizy Shops.

  Can you please share with us your reason for requesting to include Order Desk app in Brizy Shops? What are the unique benefits of the app? Can't an alternate app in the Brizy Shops app market take care of your needs? Based on your feedback, we will consider adding this app to Brizy Shops.

  Thank you, K C George, for your response. The reason I’m requesting the Order Desk app is that it’s an essential part of our current fulfillment process. My business operates with a fulfillment software called Fulfill Engine, which connects seamlessly through Order Desk. This connection allows us to automatically route, manage, and fulfill orders from multiple client storefronts efficiently.

  We’re building white-label online stores for clients and Brizy Shops might be a great solution, and having Order Desk available would allow us to integrate Fulfill Engine directly. This would make Brizy Shops a perfect all-in-one solution for our clients and significantly expand the potential user base for Brizy.

  Unfortunately, there isn’t an alternative app in the current Brizy Shops marketplace that can handle our specific workflow or connect to Fulfill Engine. Order Desk is the only integration that supports this system, so adding it would be a huge benefit not only to us but to other fulfillment-based businesses that rely on this platform.

  In short, integrating Order Desk would:

  • Allow Brizy Shops to work with advanced fulfillment systems like Fulfill Engine.

  • Enable agencies like ours to build more white-label stores on Brizy shops

  • Bring more users and eCommerce creators to the Brizy ecosystem.

  Thank you for your detailed reply. We already have a feature request to integrate Order Desk with Brizy Shops. We plan to work on this integration soon.
