Probem with pro elements on White Label

As you can see from previous conversations, this is a recurring problem. I am seriously considering changing platform at this point, or at least moving the websites to my unlimited Brizy Pro Studio legacy account, and forget about WL, saving money on the process (you know I have been in love with Brizy from day 1, but this is getting me nuts).
Exactly like before, I can't edit pro elements on my White Label Accounts, tried a lot of websites and browsers, and the websites still not connected to a custom domain now show the "Made with badge" (understandable, the system thinks I am not a pro user. As you can see from the attached files, I can't even toggle it back off). I can't edit any of the pro elements either. Happily, the pro elements remain visible on the frontend of my clients' websites, but I came to a point when I think this kind of trouble is not something I want to deal with every 3 or 4 weeks (half of my requests here are about this same problem).

I apologize that this issue is taking longer than expected to address. I understand how frustrating it must be to face the same issue repeatedly, especially when it affects your workflow and client projects.

Hello Yves,
A new patch for this issue has been released by our developers. You should have access to Pro features. Usually, this problem arises after a subscription renewal. Therefore, we will have to wait for the next round of renewals to confirm if the fix is successful. This this became a relatively complex to problem to resolve.
