Problems after website migration

Hi,

I'm having issue with my website azizakadyri.com after migrating it to the new version of the cloud. The old website is not working and the new one shows "404 not found error". 

This is the link to the new project: https://admin.brizy.io/projects/22989116/editor/page/7993647

I am also not able to reassign my pro license from the unsupported website to a new one.

Please advise, this is an urgent issue as I need my website to be operational. I never got the notification to migrate the website this summer so please support with restoring my website. Thanks

  Hello Aziza,

  Can you please confirm these?

  1. Is the content of https://wallaby1593fa10.brizy.site idential to the content of https://www.azizakadyri.com?
  2. If both projects are idential, can we delete project with the custom domain https://www.azizakadyri.com? (This will help free up the PRO license)

  Not yet - I need to finish manually copying the information from the original website https://www.azizakadyri.com to the new version I created yesterday https://wallaby1593fa10.brizy.site, so I don't lose any data. Would I be able to complete the deletion of the original website myself, to free up the license?

  Hello Aziza,

  Yes; once you have transferred the content over to https://wallaby1593fa10.brizy.site, kindly delete the original project and check if you are able to reuse the PRO license in another project.
