 I’ve paid for my Pro license ticket, but I can’t download my Pro license and it doesn’t show up under my licenses. I’ve looked everywhere and it’s not there. It keeps saying ‘buy Pro’ every time, even though I’ve already paid and received an invoice.”

  My apologies for the inconvenience.

  Please enable Pro features on a project by clicking the three dots at the top-right corner of your project thumbnail and selecting "Activate Pro."
