Issue with Header Icons Alignment

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please make sure that both Brizy and Brizy Pro are updated to their latest versions.

If you are already using the latest versions, try to temporarily set the width of the affected block (where the social icons are located) to 90%, click Update, and then preview the page on the front end to see if the icons display correctly. If the issue is resolved, you can revert the block width back to its original value.

Alternatively, you can also try adding 1px of padding to the same block,  these simple steps forces Brizy to recompile the page, which often resolves layout inconsistencies between the editor and the live site.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Arial H.,

    Thank you for your response!

I checked and confirmed that Brizy is already updated to the latest version on the website. I tried temporarily adjusting the width of the affected block to see if that would fix the alignment of the social media icons, but after updating, an error message started appearing:

"This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."

The same message appears on all pages, and on the video template page, I’m getting another error:

"Sorry, Brizy could not load. Your theme must use the the_content filter in order for Brizy to work."

I’m attaching the screenshots showing both error messages:

    Hi,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

The site appears to be working properly on my end, the social media icons are displaying horizontally as expected.

You can also try loading your site using this proxy server to verify how it appears from a different location:
    https://us2.proxysite.com/process.php?d=UXxe5FhGvd0jnMGL7qZDMmOsUj38pG%2FCHFo%3D&b=1

Additionally, we were able to edit and update the page successfully, as demonstrated in this screencast: https://youtu.be/MY1agwM0U0Q

Could you please try clearing your browser cache or checking the site using another browser to see if the issue persists?

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello Ariel,

Our team noticed that the issue seems to be related to strong CDN caching from Cloudflare. When the cache is cleared or forced to refresh, the problem appears again.

Please try accessing the site using the following URL:
    https://www.apecc.com.br/site/?v=2023

I’ve also attached a screenshot showing how it looks on our end for your reference.

    Thanks for the feedback Ariel,

    This is really puzzling...

We are making changes on brizy and it simply does not work properly on our end:
    https://www.apecc.com.br/site/associe-se/
    https://www.apecc.com.br/site/associe-se/?v=23
    https://www.apecc.com.br/site/beneficios/

The logo was changed and saved, and the menu is still broken.

    Hi Pamela,

We’ve checked your site, and it’s working properly on our end, the logo and menu appear correctly, as shown in this screencast: https://youtu.be/s4OG6EMvkJk

To help us better understand what you’re seeing, please try loading your site through this proxy tool:

    https://coproxy.io/free-web-proxy/

Once the page loads, kindly take a screenshot of what you see and send it to us. This will help us determine if the issue might be related to a local network or caching problem. If the site loads correctly through proxy, it means the issue is likely caused by local caching or network issue on your end. In that case, clearing your browser cache or checking from another network or device should make the site display properly again.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

Hello Ariel, thank you for your response. It was indeed a caching issue on the website’s server. We asked the hosting provider to disable the cache, and now the icons are displaying correctly and properly aligned.

Thank you for your attention and support.
