Failed to upload file

I'm trying to design a new page, and when I try to include an image from my media gallery in my design, it says: "Filed to upload file." I read on the forum that I just need to increase the maximum upload size to 520M, which I already did, but it still doesn't work. I need help. I have to finish a page that I can't start. :S

  Thanks for reaching out. 

  Could you please try using another browser and see if that makes any difference? If the issue persists, kindly disable all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if one of them might be causing a conflict.

  If it still doesn’t resolve the problem, please provide us with temporary access to your WordPress Admin so we can investigate further. Kindly add us as an Administrator user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
