Open Popup through custom link

We would like to make a anchor tag that has the link to open a popup made in Brizy. The popup is already on the page and linked to a button. 

We use Contact7 to add a Terms & Condition Acceptance option. where the Terms is a Link that opens the Popup.

What do we need to build this link so it opens the popup?

  Hello T. Kuperus,

  It is not possible to link to an on-click popup using an anchor link. Kindly explore alternate ways to link to your Terms and Conditions document. Maybe you can add Terms and Conditions content to a page and add a hyperlink to the page.
