Brizy Global Blocks/Headers/Footers Disappearing

Hi Brizy Team, 

Over the past couple years, we've had issues where global blocks like headers, footers, and internal global blocks disappear. We have to go into each page and update them or re-add them. With a couple sites it was not an issue but it is now severely affecting our workload when this happens. Do you all have an answer for how this can be avoided in the future?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The disappearing global blocks usually happen due to caching issues, the blocks aren’t deleted but temporarily lose their connection to the frontend until the page is re-saved. When this occurs, please start by purging all caches, including any server-side cache, and then check the frontend to see if the issue is resolved. 

  If the issue persists, you may need to open each affected page, make a small update, and re-save it to restore the global blocks. Unfortunately, there’s no quick or permanent fix for this behavior yet, but you’re always welcome to reach out, and we’ll gladly assist you in resolving it.
