Global Blocks not saving or syncing after update
Hello,
I’m experiencing major issues with Global Blocks/Global Content in Brizy since the recent updates.
-
On both my existing site and a completely fresh install, the global blocks do not behave correctly.
-
If I remove a global block from a page, it still shows up live (frontend), even though it’s not visible in the editor.
-
When I set one global content block as primary on a page, and then try to add another block below it, the changes are not saved.
-
It feels like I no longer have control over the global blocks at all — edits don’t sync, deletions don’t apply, and the frontend often shows outdated content.
This is extremely frustrating and makes it almost impossible to maintain consistent design across pages.
Can you confirm if this is a known bug in the latest versions, and if there is a workaround or fix available?

Hi Pintér,
Thank you for contacting us.
To fix this issue, we recommend managing your global blocks through Display Conditions by excluding them from specific pages rather than deleting them directly. This approach ensures that the correct blocks load and prevents old versions from appearing on the frontend. You can see how this works in the following screencast: https://youtu.be/_YElUZ3-WUw
Additionally, please make sure that both the Brizy and Brizy Pro plugins are updated to their latest versions. Then, clear your browser, site, and server caches, and preview the page again. These steps usually resolve most sync or display issues after recent updates.
Best regards,
