HELP! Can´t access my Agency account and my forms are broken!

I can´t acces my accound to edit pages and also all forms on landing pages are not working...

Now is working...
I had noticed this issue several times before (more than a year ago), there´s no way to know when the forms are working, unless I do a test.
Not even had a error notification from you guys, how do we prevent not losing leads if we don´t receive a bug, maintenance or down alert?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Possibly, we were making an update on the server when you have encountered the 403 Forbidden error.
If a form is working well, it should continue to work unless you make some changes to it. Kindly test the form if you make any changes and when you reuse it on another page by importing a saved block.

Please help me, again is not working...
Last time I did test the form after make changes and it was working, now suddendly stops working without any "update" notice.
I noticed it because the lack of leads on my clients campaigns, so when I go to test one of my landing the form was not working...
And now can´t even edit the page because it says I need a PRO account (I have White Label Agency) so what should I do?
I´m so dissapointed of this situation, constantly losing leads without even noticing them until I go and test it even when it was working hour ago.
Please confirm if you guys really care about this issue, I have years noticing this (at least two), too much hype and updates and new features but not reliable platform on the basics as I see.
If not fixing this soon (cause updates and x,y,z) let me know to migrate all my work, is something I don´t want to do but I´ll prefer this to make my clients losing money (and evenly lose them too).

Hello there,
Our license management system has a bug with extending license validity everytime a subscription renews. We had released a patch for this bug, but it did not fix the issue. Unfortunatley, we have no way to test and confirm if the patch is effective since the issue gets triggered only after user's subscription renewal. We will keep working on fixing the bug, however our inability to test and confirm that it is fixed makes this bug fix a bit more challenging. Kindly bear with us as we take time to fix it.
