Hello, I have an my Agency account. For some reason every website have been downgraded and I can not create new one. They system is asking me to upgrade. and My account was just charge. Can you guys check on that for me please. Thanks.

  I checked your white-label account but couldn't find any project where Pro access was lost. If the above problem persists, kindly let us know the frontend URLs of a few affected projects.

  All of the are affected. Here is one for example. I can’t even get to see that one. on the backend https://www.scayverphoto.com/ every features are gone from every projects on my hand.

  It used to work automatically; for some reason all the new sites are not getting the ssl cerficate activated.

  For domain resolution to work correctly, your domain must point exclusively to the Brizy Cloud server with IP 34.237.47.210 and no other external servers. The domain should not have additional A or AAAA records pointing to external servers. Kindly delete the AAAA record pointing to 20i server with the IP 2a07:7800::196 from edonephoto.com and get back to us. We will help you with the SSL certificate.
