cross sight scripting vulnrability

i have updated to the latest version 2.7.7 of brizy pro but it says it hasn't been tested with the latest version of wordpress could that be a reason for wordpress picking up the vulnerability in brizy pro?

  Hello Ryan,

  The reason why it says Brizy Pro 2.7.7 hasn't been tested with the latest version of WordPress is because our developers have not updated the Readme.txt file for the Pro plugin in the WordPress plugin repository.

  Are you referring to the vulnerability report at https://patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/brizy/vulnerability/wordpress-brizy-plugin-2-6-14-cross-site-scripting-xss-vulnerability? This vulnerability was fixed in Brizy 2.7.8. If not, kindly share a link to the original vulnerability report. We will take a look.
