URGENT > breezy cloud global zone disappear

Hi 

I've spent 2 days creating this page: see PDF here

I then put the 2 product zone in global and save. Now the 2 global zone have disappeared > nowhere to be found see here: https://www.tothetop.io/tothetop-service-offer

So I don't know how but you got to find them in your cache and reactivate them

    Hello Olivier,

    I do see the "CONSOLIDATION, FORECAST & VALUATION..." section at https://www.tothetop.io/tothetop-service-offer. I saw a saved block by the name FORECAST & FUNDRAISE which I have added to the page. Do you mean this?

    this is an old draft that's not the final zone, I just removed it so we can focus.

    Any similar block that you find in "saved block" are old version.

    Here is the sequence of what happened (I actually did another ticket with a loom video to show blocks were disappearing but I forgot about this bug)

    So I created 2 blocks (see picture of the top of the blocks)

    I saved and everything was live

    Then I made those 2 blocks global, I saved. And when I came back those blocks has disappeared.

     

    Can you check in your database for 2 global bocks that lost their link to a website or page, if you filter by website you should find that's the 2 last one I did, and relink them to this page.

    I'll be extra cautious.

    I CONFIRM THERE'S A BIG BUG

    WHENEVER YOU MAKE A ZONE GLOBAL

    IT DISAPPEAR FROM THE PAGE IT'S BEEN CREATED AND CAN'T BE FOUND IN GLOBAL BLOCKS

    Hello Olivier,

    You are right; when setting a block as global, it does disappear from your project. We could reproduce this issue in one another project. However, this does not look like a widespread issue that affects all Brizy Cloud projects. Our developers are currently looking into this issue. Kindly give us sometime to troubleshoot it and get back to you.

    We apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Our developers have fixed the above bug in your project. In a test page, add a test block and confirm that blocks do not disappear when setting as global.
