Issue with Domain name and SSL ?

Hi.. I am having issue with one of my domain names. arplusbilling.com in my Brizy Cloud account. It is showing as insecure and am wondering where the problem may be coming from. Please help. Thanks

  We have installed the SSL certificate. If you continue to see the SSL error kindly reload the page in your browser by clicking on the "Reload" icon in the browser address bar.
