    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please remove the A Record 102.219.84.68 from your DNS manager and let us know once it’s done so we can check again. The A Record conflicts with Brizy Cloud’s CNAME setup and prevents the SSL certificate from being issued correctly.

    Hi Jeremy,

    I just wanted to follow up regarding the A Record we mentioned in our previous message. Have you had a chance to remove the record 102.219.84.68 from your DNS manager? Once that’s done, we can recheck the setup on our end and make sure the SSL certificate is issued correctly.
