Subscription renewal objection

Hey - a former employee had set this up over a year ago and it just renewed. I am canceling today SEP 22,2025, screenshotting this e-mail/text, and requesting the refund of my $99.00 U.S. dollars debited just four (4) days ago please. I just caught it over The Weeknd via an e-mail receipt and have never even personally used it. Please confirm receipt of this and the refund.
