403 Error

Hello,

Why sometimes websites on Brizy Cloud start giving 403 error where as they were performing fine previously. At checking the dashboard, it shows that sites records are correctly pointing the given specific CNAME Record. can you please tell the reason of 403 when they are properly configured and were working fine.

Have a look at https://blog.enic.pk and there are many other such sites which were resolving fine and then started giving 403 error.

  Hello Zahid,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Brizy Cloud preview service experienced a mild outage yesterday. It was restored back within half an hour. You might have seen 403 error during this period. If you continue to see the error, please let us know.
