    Hello Lucas,

Your subscription to the "Freelancer WordPress" plan gives you access to 25 PRO licenses to be used with Brizy WordPress. PRO access to Brizy Cloud is not included in your subscription. The plan details were as follows:

As a manager in Jocenildo Paraizo's three  workspaces, you had access to his PRO plan until August 6, 2025. You lost access to PRO features because Jocenildo cancelled his PRO plan. Transferring rights of a project developed using PRO features to your account is possible only if you have a Cloud PRO plan.

    Hey George,

    Thanks for the reply.

Just to confirm, are these 25 licences currently being used in my account? Is that why I can't use these PRO features? Or is it that I need to change my plan to Brizy PRO to transfer these 2 websites?

If so, is it possible to make this change without losing access to my Wordpress website in the meantime?

    Hello Lucas,

Currently, you are using two of the twenty-five PRO licenses. You can use Brizy Pro to create up to 23 additional WordPress websites with your Freelance WordPress subscription.

Migrating your Brizy WordPress project to Brizy Cloud would not be possible without a Brizy Cloud Pro plan if your project uses Pro features. To move a Pro project from Brizy WordPress to Brizy Cloud, you must have one of the subscription plans offered at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud. Because of the additional cost involved, migrating your WordPress websites into Brizy Cloud may not be a good idea.
