Popup not working on site + extra block at the bottom of the website is not removable

Hey, I am facing 2 issues - 

1. The content of the popup is not visible on the website

2. There is an extra space at the bottom of the website in gradient color which I am not able to remove.

I have attached screenshots of both the issues for your reference.

Pls help me with these issues, Thanks a lot.

  Thank you for reaching out.

  Regarding the popup issue, please try rebuilding the popup, generating a new embed code, and replacing the old one on your site to see if that resolves the problem.

  As for the extra space at the bottom, it seems to be caused by the custom code added in the header section. Removing that code also removes the space. You may need to adjust the code so it works properly with Brizy.
