Having difficulty integrating MailerLite or Mailchimp email apps in sign up forms

Hi, I'm having difficulty integrating MailerLite or Mailchimp email apps in sign up forms. When i click on the Apps/MailerLite I get an etarnally spinning hourglass.

What can i do to fix this?

  I tried to reproduce the issue on my end; however, the issue as described did not occur. I created this page, and everything appears to be working: https://staging.brizywp.online/demo01/test2/

  To further troubleshoot the issue, could you please try disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if you can still replicate the issue? It's likely that there is a conflict with some plugins currently running on your site.
