Form not working

I have a form on my Brizy website, but am using the Brizy form; other fields work, but the checker field does not select

  Hi Robert,

  Thank you for reaching out. 

  Could you please try duplicating the form and then reconfiguring it? Sometimes this helps reset the field settings and can resolve issues like the checker field not selecting.

  I tried that and even developed a new form, on the same page, I have the same form on 2 buttons, but it's only one button that works properly, the other button, the form checker field doesn't work

  It seems that your hosting provider has enabled a security feature that appears before your site loads, which is likely what you noticed.
