Hi guys,

Hope you are doing good.

I think I am paying twice, a personal wordpress account and a freelancer wordpress account.

Can you check that please and if yes, can you cancel the personal wordpress account and refund the 54€ removed from my account yesterday ?

  Hello Ondine,

  You are subscribed to two plans

  1. Brizy PRO Personal. You are subscribed to this plan from September 14, 2021 for and it gives you access to 3 Brizy WP PRO licenses and 3 Brizy Cloud PRO licenses. Cost: €54.00/year
  2. Freelancer WordPress: You are subscribed to this plan from December 5, 2024 and it gives you access to 25 PRO licenses: Cost: $99.00/year

  We have cancelled your Brizy Pro Personal plan and it is scheduled to expire on September 15, 2026. Unfortunately, subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund. As per our Terms and Conditions, 

  Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.
