    Hello Jeff,

Brizy Cloud has a upper limit of 50MB for video files. When you upload a custom video to Brizy Cloud, (which is not a video streaming platform), the entire video must get downloaded first before it can playback. Hence uploading big video files can provide a poor user experience. Video files up to 5MB can be downloaded quickly. Hence uploading video files up to 5MB is considered fine.

For bigger video files, a better approach would be to uploaded it to a video streaming platform. Video streaming services send video data in small, real-time chunks that are played as they arrive, allowing instant viewing without downloading the entire video file to the browser. If you do not want to make it publicly available in YouTube, you can upload the video to one of these platforms and provide its MP4 link in the Brizy Video element. The free plan of any of these providers would be sufficient for this purpose.
