- If you reload the page in Chrome or Opera, by clicking on the "Reload" icon in the browser address bar, do you see the error?
- If you open a "New Incognito Window" in Chrome and visit the website, do you see the error?
- If you check from mobile and other devices do you see the error?

I see this design when visiting your website using Opera. The issue could be local if Opera does not open the website. What about other browsers?
