Critical problem. The checkbox in the pop-up window doesn't work

The popup not work as expected when it's set as a global block.
The issue has not been resolved in two months. When do you plan to address it?

I clicked on the "Обратный звонок" button at https://grezka.ru/ and I am able to select the checkbox. What are the steps to reproduce the issue you are facing?
When you say a global popup, are you setting the popup as global or adding an on-click popup to an element within a global block? Can you make a screen recording of how you are setting the popup as global?

I have disabled global popups on this site. Therefore, the ability to set checkboxes has been restored. However, this makes it very, very inconvenient to administer multiple pop-up windows with feedback forms. Instead of a single global pop-up, I am forced to create multiple separate pop-ups.

We could reproduce the issue at our end with global popups. The checkbox attached to a form within the popup is clickable in the original popup; but is not clickable on the second and subsequent instances of the popup. We have escalated this issue to our developers and will work on a fix. We apologize for the inconvenience this bug has caused.
