Feedback form settings have been reset

I found out that on one of the sites, all the settings for the feedback forms had been reset. There was an SMTP connection, and a custom email template was set up. All of this has been lost (the SMTP connection is now disabled, and the fields are empty), and this has happened on multiple forms that no one could have edited. I don't know what could be causing this. How can I work with Brizy now, knowing that the lead form on the site could break at any moment?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  This issue often occurs due to a version mismatch between Brizy and Brizy Pro. Could you please make sure that both Brizy and Brizy Pro are installed and updated to their latest versions? Once everything is updated, the form settings should remain consistent.

  I also noticed that when I copy a form block, the form submission settings are completely cleared.

  So I created a form, then decided to create a slightly different one, copied it, and now I have to set everything up again https://skr.sh/sXXanK7vxR9

  Thank you for bringing this up.

  The behavior you described is by design. When a form block is copied, the submission settings are not carried over, so these will need to be reconfigured for the new form. I understand this means you’ll have to set things up again, this ensures that each form is treated as an independent instance with its own configuration.

  However, some users have previously submitted a feature request to carry over submission settings when duplicating forms, and this is already in our pipeline for consideration in future updates.

  It would be ideal to create common settings for all forms, which would be applied by default if no specific form values are specified. The need to configure each form separately makes working with large websites quite challenging.
