Layouts not saving

Hi there! I'm installing a site for a client and it saves ok but the layouts is not saving...
The php is solid all ini values are ok...

If i build a page section by section it saves fine but if I import a complete layout and hit save it doesnt actually save it...

Do you have any insights as of why?

Running PHP 8.3 (latest)

Cpanel

No Mod Security of Firewall

Latest version of free and PRO plugin

Please advise
