Forms – option to set predefined default values

Bug Add dynamic values to default values form, the form does not send to email. The form works fine without using this function.

  Hello Vantrinh,

  I did a test and the email notification was delivered in my Inbox. Please see my test at https://jmp.sh/OEKDVmq6. What are the steps we must follow to reproduce the issue you are seeing?

  i have to copy the form and reconnect it to my email for it to work.
  i have another question. do you know any css to remove the blue border. i tried some custom css but it didn't work
