Issue with PRO subscription activation on Brizy Cloud

Hello Brizy Team,

I have just paid for the PRO subscription, but I still cannot publish my project with a custom domain. When I try to do so, the platform keeps showing me the “Upgrade” message, as if I don’t have the PRO plan active.

I’m attaching screenshots that show:

• My confirmed payment.

• The message that appears when I try to use a custom domain.

Could you please help me check my account and properly activate the subscription on Brizy Cloud?

  Hello Javier,

  The Personal Cloud plan you have purchased gives you access one PRO website and unlimited FREE websites. You have not yet added a project in your account. Kindly add a project and you will have access to PRO features in your first project. 

  

   

  You are also invited to Victor Bustillos's workspace. Are you trying to add a project in his workspace?
